Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hague House website, services, and studio facilities. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Hague House is operated from 23 Skylines Village, Limeharbour, London E14 9TS, United Kingdom.

Definitions

  • "We", "us", "our" refers to Hague House and its operators.
  • "You", "your" refers to the individual or entity using our services.
  • "Services" refers to studio hire, recording sessions, music production, lessons, and any other services provided by Hague House.
  • "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for any of our services or studio facilities.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Hague House. By placing a booking, you agree to the following:

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
  • All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, card payment, or other methods as agreed.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48+ hours notice: full refund or free rescheduling.
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling subject to availability.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: no refund. We may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
  • No-shows: no refund will be issued for no-shows.

Cancellations must be communicated via email, phone, or WhatsApp. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation in writing.

Studio Rules & Conduct

When using our studio facilities, you agree to the following:

  • Treat all equipment and facilities with care. You are responsible for any damage caused during your session.
  • No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances on the premises.
  • Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits, especially during late-night sessions.
  • You must vacate the studio at the end of your booked session. Overruns may be charged at the hourly rate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Equipment & Liability

All studio equipment is provided for use during your booked session. By using our equipment, you agree to the following:

  • Equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and any instructions provided by our staff.
  • You are liable for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Hague House is not liable for loss or damage to any personal equipment, recordings, or belongings brought onto the premises.
  • We recommend backing up all session data before leaving the studio. We are not responsible for loss of data or recordings.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Hague House website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Hague House and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

Any music, recordings, or creative works produced during your sessions remain your intellectual property, unless a separate agreement has been made with Hague House for production or co-writing services.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hague House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We provide our website and online tools on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
